Privacy Policy

What we collect through this site, what we use it for, and how to have it corrected or deleted.

What we collect

We collect what you send us through our forms, how you found us (for example, the link or ad you clicked, stored in your browser and sent with the form), and basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) that our hosting and our own visit counter record:

  • Companies: name, work email, company website (optional), a description of what you need and, if you request a call, the times that suit you. If we send you a private shortlist link, we also keep when it's opened and the decisions and notes you leave there.
  • Candidates: name, email, LinkedIn or GitHub profile, country, area of expertise, experience, English level and skills. If you move forward, we also keep your expected pay, your intro video and the results of our tests, interviews and identity check.

We may also add what you tell us by email, on a call or when you book a call through our scheduling tool, and, if we contact you first, the work contact details and public professional profile (for example, LinkedIn or GitHub) that led us to you.

How we use it

  • To reply to you, schedule the call you requested, prepare the hiring plan you requested, or evaluate your application.
  • To match candidates with companies. We only share a candidate's profile and intro video with a company as part of an active search, through a private link, and only with the candidate's consent.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

We count visits with our own tool. For each page you view, it records the page, which of its sections you view and for how long, how far down you scroll, the site that sent you here, your device type and browser, your approximate location (derived from your IP address) and a shortened IP address, plus a random ID stored in your browser so we can tell when you come back. It sets no advertising cookies, nothing it records is shared with third parties, and we keep it for 90 days.

To keep spam and automated traffic out, we check visits and form submissions for signs of automation. These checks use your IP address, the mail records of your email address's domain (whether it can receive email), how long a form took to fill in, and a few signals from your browser: its time zone, how many languages it lists, your screen size, whether it has a touch screen and whether it reports being controlled by automation software. The result is kept with the visit or the request as a flag for us to review; it never rejects a form by itself.

We don't use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

Service providers

We keep what you send us in our own database, hosted by Netlify, our website host. Providers we use to run our business, for example email delivery, scheduling and workflow automation tools, may also process it. They only process data on our behalf.

Retention and your rights

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to us through the form on our home page.
