Most staffing firms screen engineers with recruiters. We screen them with engineers.
A recruiter can match keywords on a resume. Only an engineer can tell whether someone can actually do the work.
Tech Talent compared with a typical staffing firm

Why we started
Tech Talent was started by a tech professional who has been on both sides of hiring: working next to brilliant teammates, and next to people who should never have made it through the door. The difference was rarely the resume. It was how they were vetted, and most of the time nobody technical was vetting them.
Companies kept reaching out with more work than one person could take on. So the answer was to recommend tech people we knew were good. It worked.
Tech Talent turns that into a process. An engineer defines with you what the role really needs. Every candidate is tested on real work in your stack and interviewed by an engineer who does the same kind of work, before you ever see a profile.
You get the engineer’s scorecard, what each candidate built and what to watch out for, so you choose on evidence, not on a resume. And if someone isn’t the right fit, we replace them, with a full handover.
Tell us the role. We’ll take it from there.
$3,500/month per hire. Nothing to pay until their first day.
